Over 100 residents attended the recent Holiday Market groundbreaking ceremony, demonstrating widespread excitement about the Plumas Lake shopping development. Currently, residents must drive to Linda for Walmart and Costco, making grocery shopping a significant inconvenience.
New Shopping Center Anchored by Holiday Market
The Holiday Market Plumas Lake location will anchor a comprehensive shopping center behind the existing Walgreens on River Oaks Boulevard. Development plans include a 22,000 square foot big-box retailer, likely a home improvement store, plus additional retail spaces and drive-through buildings.
Snap Fitness has submitted an offer for the development, while McDonald's is under design review for the Plumas Lake shopping center.
